I am a UX/UI designer with a diverse background spanning hospitality, retail, e-commerce and technology. In my roles, I've worked extensively with reservation software both as a user and providing technical support. My experience working in a user-centred role focused on defining and resolving our clients’ problems first sparked my curiosity about UX/UI design. Understanding the wants and needs of our users and how their interaction with the products we offered impacted them, fuelled my desire to be a part of the design process.

My journey in the professional world, where I supported both clients and team members through coaching has given me experience fostering strong relationships and collaborating with diverse teams. My creativity, empathy, communication and problem-solving skill allow me to approach every project with enthusiasm and tenacity to improve the users' experience.
